Account Registration and Eligibility

Each user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. Deposit and Withdrawal
All deposits and withdrawals on 75bd are handled entirely through mobile banking. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Bonuses and Promotions
75bd offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000. The following terms apply to all bonus-related offers.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
Before bonus funds become withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement to unlock the bonus will be ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets.
4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- An account may not claim more than one welcome bonus.
- The validity period for using a bonus is specified separately for each offer.
- If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Cashback
VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. For example: a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive up to ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.
4.4 Right to Modify Promotions
75bd reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue any promotion, bonus offer, or cashback rate at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication.
VIP Program
The 75bd VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit differs for each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Users can gradually advance to higher tiers through active play. VIP membership decisions are entirely at 75bd's discretion, and no specific turnover or timeframe is guaranteed. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bd platform:
- Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
- Placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, algorithms, or game outcomes.
- Attempting to access another person's account or steal personal information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour toward other members or staff.
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, and the balance may be forfeited.

If a resolution cannot be reached with the support team, the matter will be escalated to senior management. In any dispute, 75bd's decision will be considered final unless a separate legal remedy is applicable.
Changes to Terms and Enforceability
These terms and conditions are written in Bangla, which is the authoritative version. If any translation exists, the Bangla version will take precedence.
If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable or void, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
